The summer of 2024 will be a good one for fans of Norman Reedus. The second season of the Daryl Dixon spinoff subtitled The Book of Carol, will premiere on AMC and AMC+ this summer, and Reedus will be featured in the new movie The Bikeriders as a character named Funny Sonny.
Directed by Jeff Nichols (Take Shelter, Mud), The Bikeriders is set in the 1960s and follows a fictional motorcycle club, the Vandals MC. The story chronicles the evolution of the club over a decade and is told through the eyes of members and their families. The club began as a surrogate family for local outcasts and, against the original founder’s vision for the club, becomes embroiled in violent organized crime.
The movie poster below showcases Jodie Comer, Austin Butler, and Tom Hardy’s characters of Kathy, Benny, and Johnny. The actors are joined by a stellar lineup including Reedus, Michael Shannon, who has starred in every feature by director Nicholes, Mike Faist, Boyd Holdbrook, Damon Harriman, Beau Knapp, Emory Cohen, Karl Glusman, Toby Wallace, and Happy Anderson.

Norman Reedus – Daryl Dixon season 2
AMC Networks has announced that The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon – The Book of Carol will debut on AMC and AMC+ in the summer of 2024. The series will screen at the 2024 Tribecca Film Festival in June where Reedus and co-star Melissa McBride will attend.
Fans are excited for the second season of the spinoff that will focus on Carol’s (Melissa McBride) journey to locate Daryl while Daryl continues to support the Union of Hope in France. Viewers are anxious to see the characters together on screen once again.
Several cast members are expected to return from the first season of Daryl Dixon including Clémence Poésy, Louis Puech Scigliuzzi, Laika Blanc Francard, Anne Charrier,Romain Levi, and Eriq Ebouaney and newly announced Manish Dayal joins the cast.
Reedus is busy working on the third season of Daryl Dixon and the long-awaited third film of Boondock Saints. He has also been cast alongside Naomi Watts, Tye Sheridan, and Michael Imperioli in The Housewife, a psychological drama. He will star in the 2025 film Ballerina, a John Wick spinoff, and Death Stranding 2: On the Beach.
