Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes made a surprise appearance at Morgan Wallen’s concert at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, Mo., on Friday night.
The Kansas City Chiefs tight end, 34, and quarterback, 28, walked out the country crooner onto the stage as thousands of roaring fans cheered for them in the crowd.
According to videos Brittany Mahomes, who was present at the show, shared via her Instagram Stories, Kelce wore a “We’re Beer for You” shirt, black cap and black jeans while dancing behind Wallen, 31.
Meanwhile, Patrick was dressed in a royal blue short-sleeved shirt, jeans, a white cap and sunglasses.
Wallen, for his part, has caused a stir with his wardrobe choice as he opted to wear a Chiefs jersey with the No. 7 on it, which is Harrison Butker’s jersey number.
Per multiple people on X, the “Thinkin’ Bout Me” singer reportedly also told the audience to stand up for what they believe in.
Butker, who is open about his Christian faith, has become a controversial figure because of his opinions.
In May, the pro athlete was deemed sexist and anti-LGBTQIA due to a commencement speech he gave at Benedictine College, in which he compared Pride Month to a “deadly sin” and encouraged the female students to live their vocations as wives and mothers.
More recently, Butker, 29, also called out the Paris Olympics officials for their “crazy” drag show at the 2024 opening ceremony, which appeared to mock Jesus Christ’s the Last Supper.
Page Six reached out to Wallen’s reps as to whether the singer intentionally wore the Chiefs kicker’s jersey number to pay homage to him and we were told, “You can very clearly see it has his name on the jersey not a Kansas City Chiefs players’ name as number seven has always been Morgan’s number.”
Wallen’s jersey number when he played baseball growing up was the No. 7.
Kelce also raised some eyebrows with his guest spot at the sold-out concert.
The Super Bowl champ has been dating Taylor Swift for more than a year — and many of Wallen’s fans are not big supporters of the pop superstar, also 34.
In April, the “Whiskey Glasses” signer’s fans booed Swift when Wallen made a joke about her.
“This is the single most attended concert in the history of this building, and we’re the first to do it for two nights in a row,” the “Wasted on You” singer quipped at the time.
“I’m going to say that until Taylor Swift comes to town,” he added, prompting the boos.
“Wait till Taylor sees thiss,” one fan wrote via TikTok after Kelce’s appearance Friday, while another joked, “Travis will be sleeping on the couch after Taylor sees this😂😂😂😂.”
Kelce and Swift will likely be just fine, though, as Page Six exclusively reported Friday that their relationship is stronger than ever and the couple is taking the next steps in their relationship.
A source exclusively told us, “The engagement is happening soon.”
However, Kelce’s rep added that no official plans have been made yet.
