Jake Paul sends message to Mike Tyson in training session during Olympics visit with girlfriend Jutta Leerdam

Jake Paul is enjoying some downtime while out in Paris with Team USA boxing.

With 100 days to go until he fights legendary heavyweight champion Mike Tyson, the YouTuber-turned-boxer is in the French capital working as an honorary mental coach.

But he’s also carved out some time to enjoy the ‘City of Love’ with his speed skater girlfriend Jutta Leerdam.

Paul has been in a relationship with Leerdam for more than a year and the couple spend as much time together as possible when their training commitments allow.

The love birds enjoyed a romantic night trip to the Eiffel Tower on Tuesday and danced together under its sparkling lights.

Later that evening, they dug into some garlic snails before returning to the Roland-Garros to witness Omar Jones get knocked out in the semi-finals by Uzbekistan’s Asadkhuja Muydinkhujaev.

Yet Paul’s trip to Europe hasn’t only solely been about relaxing.

He’s also been working out ahead of his upcoming clash with Tyson.

The pair are set to meet on November 15 at the AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas and Paul has sent his adversary a message as fight night edges closer.

“I hope you’re working,” he captioned a video of him on the treadmill which was directed at him.

He then reminded Tyson how long was left until they duke it out, which was 101 days at the time he posted.

Paul and Tyson were initially scheduled to meet on July 20, however, their crossover clash was pushed back by four months after ‘Iron Mike’ suffered an ulcer flare-up on a flight to Los Angeles.

But Paul is still working out ahead of his clash with Tyson

His representatives insisted he had made a full recovery but further checks from doctors deemed he was medically unfit to compete this summer.

In July, Paul’s manager Nakisa Bidarian confirmed Tyson had returned to the gym to resume his strength and conditioning work but hadn’t started boxing yet.

However, the boxing icon is now back punching again and has released a seven-second video of him hammering the pads on Instagram.

Mike Tyson shows off his power on the pads, but leaves fans concerned as he releases first training footage since Jake Paul fight rescheduled

Tyson looks sharp and fast in the clips but several members of the boxing fraternity remain concerned about his health as he gears up to face a man 31 years his junior.

Only recently he received a ‘catastrophic’ health warning from world-renowned fitness expert and former Chelsea, Leeds United and England physio Dave Hancock.

“Physically, as a medical person, I think it could be catastrophic. Especially at that age, because reflexes are reduced, his reaction time’s reduced, he’s not as fit as he used to be,” he said.

“There might be cardiothoracic issues, pulmonary issues, all sorts of issues that you’ve inherited as you’ve got older, lifestyle issues, you’re not living the same as what you were doing when you were training.

“But at the end of the day, money talks, going back to the same scenarios about footballers going on end-of-season trips and pre-season trips, it’s because there are huge amounts of money involved.

“It’s no different for an individual athlete that could get a payday for a one-off bout with a YouTuber.”
