Barbara Mensah, 70, who also claims Ali is the father of her child, is demanding a six figure sum for the footage just two days after “The Greatest” was laid to rest in Louisville, Kentucky.
The money grabbing mum told the Sunday People: “I know the value of the footage.
“No one has anything like this. I’d like to get as much as I can for it.”
She says she wants at least $100,000 (£70,000) for the video and is trying to get it converted from cine film to DVD to make the sordid deal easier.
Mensah claims the footage shows one of Ali’s “gumbo parties” which she says the boxer used to throw after his fights.
She claims that the fighter and his pals would get a dozen or more “stunning girls” to join them and then have sex with them.
Barbara says the parties were called “gumbo parties” because they were a mix of everything.
Gumbo is a traditional stew from Louisiana.
She also claims to have written a book about her time with Ali that eight publishers are clamouring for.
Barbara says her 35-year-old daughter Kiiursti is Ali’s lovechild, the result of a 20-year-long affair she had with the boxer during his prime.
She claims a paternity test proves she is his child but he is not named on her birth certificate.
Barbara was in Louisville, Kentucky for a Muslim prayer service for the boxer the day before his star studded funeral.
She shared pictures of the fighter’s coffin on Facebook writing: “It really, really hurts and only time will ease the pain R.I.P until we meet again.
“I’m so glad I came to say goodbye to my love you were always there for me I never would have miss your home going for the world.”
Blasting the great man’s widow Lonnie she added: “Yes she tried to keep me from you in life and in death but here I am at the private funeral. R.I.P. my love.”
Barbara claims Lonnie barred her and her daughter from seeing Ali after his Parkinson’s became so advanced he could’t go out on his own.
She said the boxer used to regularly visit Kiiursti until she was five-years-old but after that visits became infrequent.
By the time she was 13 all contact had stopped and the only other time they saw him was at an autograph signing in Dallas, in their home state of Texas.
Kiiursti previously said: “My mom isn’t bitter, not at all.
“She knows it’s not his fault. When he was able to do things, it was OK. Then he got sick. That was the end for me.”
Ali officially has nine children but Kiiursti, who bears a striking resemblance to the boxer, claims to be the tenth.
