The Vanderpump Rules cast member is keeping her summer of love going after reuniting with her boyfriend, Daniel Wai, as she heads back to Broadway for Chicago.
Ariana Madix and Daniel Wai’s relationship is still going strong amid the Vanderpump Rules cast member’s very busy summer.
After hosting Love Island USA Season 6 in Fiji earlier this summer, Ariana flew back to the United States, where she checked in on her sandwich shop, Something About Her, in Los Angeles. But the bi-coastal beauty is already on the go again — this time, in New York, where she is soaking in all of the time with her boyfriend of over a year before reprising her role as Roxie Hart in Chicago on Broadway.

Both Ariana and Daniel took to their Instagram Stories this week, where they gave a glimpse into their super sweet reunion. The couple sported matching black, gold, and white Nike sneakers (accompanied by a fire emoji, courtesy of Daniel), and shared a moment on the treadmill (which makes sense for Daniel, a personal trainer) while Ariana ordered takeout.
Ariana took to her own Instagram Story, where she showed that she and Daniel were “finally” reunited at the West Village Italian restaurant, L’Artusi, where they adorably held hands under the table. She also gave an update on how she’s felt since hopping back into rehearsals for the role of Roxie Hart in Chicago that she first embodied in the winter of 2024.
“First rehearsal done!” Ariana wrote over a sweet selfie. “Feeling less scary[,] little by little Roxie is still in my body! Now it’s time to trust myself again.”
Luckily, Ariana has the support of her boyfriend, who she was so excited to see ahead of her trip. Over the weekend, Ariana took to her Instagram Story where she expressed how excited she was to be back together. “So close to seeing my favorite smile in the whole world,” she wrote over the photo.
Thankfully, Daniel lives in New York City. So, Ariana will be able to come home to that smile every night after her shows.

Get ready, because Ariana is officially back on Broadway in Chicago. Ariana is returning to the Ambassador Theater on Thursday, Aug. 1 and will perform as Roxie Hart throughout the month before her run ends on Sunday, Sept. 1.
