Brittany Cartwright Slams Husband Jax Taylor as “Disgusting” for Alleged False Claim of Donating Cameo Earnings to Cancer Research as The Valley Costar Kristen Doute Reacts

Brittany Cartwright took to her Instagram Story on Friday to accuse her estranged husband, Jax Taylor, of falsely claiming his Cameo earnings are donated to cancer research.

Brittany Cartwright Slams Husband Jax Taylor as "Disgusting" for Alleged False Claim of Donating Cameo Earnings to Cancer Research as The Valley Costar Kristen Doute Reacts

As Jax, 45, remains in an in-patient treatment center for his mental health struggles, the 35-year-old The Valley cast member put him on blast, suggesting that he lied about his donations and alerting Cameo to the potential scam as Kristen Doute, 41, weighed in.

In a video shared to his Cameo account, Jax told his fans that the money he made would be forwarded to research efforts into esophageal cancer, which his dad died from in December 2017.

“It’s Jax Taylor from Vanderpump Rules. I am now on Cameo. So, hit me up,” he said in an introduction video. “I’d love to help you guys out. And also, you’re helping me out because I’ll be donating my money to cancer research. Actually, esophageal cancer because, obviously, that is near and dear to my heart. So hit me up. I’d love to shoot you a message. Have a great day, guys.”

Along with a clip of the video on her Story, Brittany tagged Cameo and shared a message with her fans and followers.

“Just realized Jax has this on his cameo and it’s disgusting because he hasn’t donated a dime. FYI,” Brittany wrote, as seen in a screenshot shared by Queens of Bravo on Instagram.

Prior to Brittany calling out Jax on social media, a source told Daily Mail that the two of them were staying in touch amid Jax’s stay in treatment.

“He’s still in communication with Brittany and his son,” the insider said. “He is unsure how long he will be staying. It’ll be however long he needs.”

Another source noted that Brittany’s priority was taking care of their 3-year-old son, Cruz.

“She is making sure Cruz still gets to speak to his father,” the second source explained. “Brittany is supportive of Jax seeking treatment. She has been begging him to get therapy for years, so she’s glad he’s finally decided to get help for his mental health struggles.”

The Valley season two is currently in production and expected to begin airing on Bravo later this year or early next year.
