Detroіt Lіonѕ 2024 ѕcһedule: Wһen wіll іt be releаѕed?

We are inching closer to the release of the Detroit Lions’ 2024 schedule, with the league teasing that it’s coming, but when exactly will it be out?

As of this writing, the exact date is unknown, although there are some hints out there about when to expect it. According to CBS Sports’ Jonathan Jones, schedules are expected to be released late next week, and quite possibly on Thursday, May 9.

Ross: Lions made best draft-day trade of any team in ’24 ‘Path to the Draft’

NFL Network’s Marc Ross: Detroit Lions made best draft-day trade of any team in ’24.

“The NFL announces the 2024 schedule will be released in May,” Jones wrote. “Sources have expected it to be released at some point next week, probably later in the week and potentially on Thursday. But there’s no firm date ready to be announced at this time.”

Last year, the NFL released the full schedules for every team on May 11, so we are very close. While we don’t have the exact schedule yet, here’s a look at the Lions’ list of 2024 opponents, which has been set since the end of the season:

Home opponents: Green Bay Packers, Minnesota Vikings, Chicago Bears, Los Angeles Rams, Seattle Seahawks, Jacksonville Jaguars, Tennessee Titans, Buffalo Bills, Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Away opponents: Packers, Vikings, Bears, Arizona Cardinals, Houston Texans, Indianapolis Colts, San Francisco 49ers, Dallas Cowboys.
