The Los Angeles Dodgers beat the Minnesota Twins on Monday, 4-2, thanks to a dominant offensive performance by Shohei Ohtani and a great pitching performance by James Paxton and the L.A. bullpen.
Ohtani went 3-for-5 with three extra-base hits, including a home run, while Paxton allowed two runs in six innings and the bullpen threw three shutout innings.
Off the field, Ohtani spoke about the pitcher injuries, while a former Dodgers pitcher made MLB history at Coors Field.

Shohei Ohtani is playing out of this world.
He's now 3-for-4 with two doubles and a home run on Monday. It's his third home run of the season for the Dodgers.
He's now hitting .352 with a 1.075 OPS on the season. He's 11-for-his-last-21. This is just an unbelievable stretch.

Shohei Ohtani just hit his third home run of the season. He's 3 for 4 with three extra base hits. He extends his multi-hit game streak to five. The Dodgers record is eight. Shohei makes it look easy.
