Kyle Richards was spotted out at a Los Angeles farmers market with two of her four daughters on Sunday.
The 55-year-old Real Housewives of Beverly Hills personality — who has been facing money troubles with her estranged husband Mauricio Umansky — was joined by Alexia, 28, and Portia, 16.
In addition to the girls, the former couple also share Sophia, 24, and Kyle has an older daughter, Farrah, 35, who is from her first marriage to Guraish Aldjufrie.
Alexia’s longtime boyfriend Jake Zingerman was also in tow for the outing.
They were seen out less than two weeks after Mauricio was spotted kissing the 33-year-old Ukraine-born actress Nikita Kahn at the airport in Mykonos, Greece.
Kyle took to Instagram on Sunday to share photos from the day with her 4.3 million followers.
In one photo, shared on her profile grid, she captioned: ‘Farmers market with my [twin emoji] @alexiaumansky.’
Another snapshot, shared to Richards’ Stories, was a selfie with entire group of four, who she tagged individually.
Documents obtained exclusively by DailyMail.com on Friday show that the Franchise Tax Board in the State of California issued a tax lien to Kyle and Mauricio on June 25, 2024, for owing $6,542.50 in taxes for the 2022 tax year.
The tax lien listed the address of the former couple’s marital home — their seven bedroom, eight bath mansion in Encino, which they purchased in 2017 for $8.2 million.
In March it was reported that Mauricio moved out of the home and into a luxury condo in West Hollywood as the estranged couple worked out the details of their split.
The Agency co-founder has a total of $31,464.50 in unpaid taxes for tax years 2022 and 2023.
The multiple state tax liens, issued to UMRO Realty Corp/The Agency in the care of Mauricio, are for his various offices in Calabasas, Marina Del Rey, Pasadena, Beverly Hills and Sherman Oaks.
The latest financial setbacks followed Kyle’s shock at seeing Mauricio pictured sharing a passionate kiss with a woman who was later identified as the Russian-born, US-based actress Nikita Kahn, 33.
Nikita’s most high-profile acting job to date was appearing with Alec Baldwin in the upcoming serial killer thriller Crescent City.
The two were glimpsed embracing and locking lips earlier this month at the airport in Mykonos, Greece.
Kyle and Mauricio separated in July of 2023, after 27 years of marriage, but they continued to live together until May of this year, when they confirmed that he had moved out.
Despite the two having been apart for a year now, Kyle still needed some family support after seeing Mauricio lock lips with the blond beauty who is decades her junior.
Her sister and Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills costar Kathy Hilton recently revealed to Page Six that she had to help Kyle calm down after she saw the steamy photos of her ex.
‘I think it was a hard pill to swallow seeing it. So what I’m trying to do is just kind of calm her down a little bit,’ she confessed.
Kyle allegedly told Mauricio he can do ‘what he wants to do,’ so she ‘knew’ that she was ‘eventually going to see something,’ Kathy claimed.
However, the reality star allegedly was still hurt when she saw her estranged husband locking lips with the young woman at the airport.
Even before Mauricio was linked to the rising star, Kyle has been rumored to be dating the country musician Morgan Wade, though both women have denied that their relationship is anything more than a platonic friendship.
Earlier this month, Kyle was pictured backstage with the 29-year-old singer at her concert in St. Paul, Minnesota, as seen in a viral photo shared by Queens of Bravo on social media.
She was seen standing off in the wings of the outdoor stage as Morgan performed.
Kyle previously denied that she and Morgan were in a romantic relationship on her Amazon Live session in response to a Deux Moi blind item that she believed was referring to the two of them.
Despite that, the two have been nearly inseparable for months, though Kyle has lately shared less of Morgan on her social media accounts.
Kyle recently celebrated two years of being alcohol-free.
She shared a gym selfie baring her washboard abs in a black sports bra and low-cut black leggings.
Her lengthy and thoughtful caption read: ‘This week was my 2 year anniversary of being alcohol free (July 15th) I can remember a time when the idea of going 2 weeks seemed impossible.’
‘I’m proud of the fact that I’ve had the willpower to stay on this path. I know many people would love for me to start drinking again. Even friends with the best of intentions. Everyone loved “Party Kyle”. I think that was the hardest part of all of this,’ she confessed.
Richards went on to add: ‘But my mental and physical health became a lot more important to me than feeling like I had to be “on” at a party or social setting.’
