In a preview of Season 18, episode 4, E! News revealed what happened between Heather and Katie. During a group event, Katie tried to smooth things over with Fancy Pants. The two ladies didn’t get along when they first met. “Heather, I heard that you love hot dogs. So, we have a hot dog bar,” Katie said.

However, Katie’s attempt to get to Heather’s heart through her stomach was expertly destroyed by Tamra Judge. “When we went out the other night, Katie had said some things about you that were a little concerning. She says that you call the paparazzi,” Tamra stated, “and you tell them where you’re at all the time.”
