REPORT: ESPN Computer Model Releаѕeѕ Surprіѕіng Predіctіon For Super Bowl 59 Followіng Tһe NFL Drаft

The 2023 NFL season has long been over, and after free agency and the completion of the 2024 NFL Draft, ESPN is working overtime to predict how the next NFL season will play out.

Would the Detroit Lions have defeated the Kansas City Chiefs in the Super Bowl had they not squandered away their significant lead in the NFC Championship game?

According to ESPN’s computer model, we will find out this season.

According to ESPN‘s latest power rankings, the Kansas City Chiefs will be headed to their third straight Super Bowl and will face the Detroit Lions, who are trending in the right direction.

The Chiefs have defeated the Philadelphia Eagles and San Francisco 49ers in the past two Super Bowls and are currently trying to become the first team in NFL history to win three consecutive Super Bowl victories. Clearly, ESPN has the confidence that a Patrick Mahomes-led team can get back to the big game.

As for the Detroit Lions, the franchise won its first playoff game in 32 years after a 24-23 nail-biter of a victory over the Los Angeles Rams. The 1991 Detroit Lions season was the last time the team.

ESPN’s latest power rankings have the Kansas City Chiefs facing the Detroit Lions in Super Bowl LIX at Caesars Superdome in New Orleans, Louisiana.

ESPN’s computer model likely made the decision based on last season’s results, most notably when the Detroit Lions shocked the NFL world when they walked into roaring Arrowhead Stadium to face the Chiefs in their home opener and won.

Under the bright spotlight of the NFL’s season opener, Jared Goff threw for 253 yards and the Lions walked out with newfound respect.
