A Malibu mansion has hit the market newly renovated with a tranquil theme—but before its redo, the original mid-century home had a list of celebrity owners, including Olivia Newton-John, Sally Field and James Gunn.
Newton-John owned the property in the 1980s and ’90s, while Field bought the home a decade later and sold it in 2011 for $5.5 million, records show.
Meanwhile, in the U.S. heartland, Muhammad Ali’s childhood home, where the late boxing legend learned to throw a punch, in Louisville, Kentucky, is up for sale for $1.5 million.
The listing includes the two neighboring houses, and the trio is by far the most expensive listing on the market in Louisville’s Parkland neighborhood.
