Amid recent concerns over the strength of their relationship, The Bachelor stars Joey Graziadei and Kelsey Anderson just provided a brand-new update regarding the timeline of their upcoming wedding. Joey and Kelsey fell in love during The Bachelor season 28; as filming progressed, Joey rejected numerous women, including current Bachelorette season 21 lead Jenn Tran. The drama didn’t stop once Joey and Kelsey got engaged at the finale, though, as backlash started growing over their lavish lifestyle, among other issues.

Joey and Kelsey posted a new sponsored video on their Instagram accounts, in partnership with convenience store chain Wawa. In the video, the Bachelor couple answered five questions submitted by fans. The final question provided the most revealing look yet into their upcoming plans as a couple. The fan asked Joey and Kelsey when their wedding would take place.

After the question popped up on top of the video, Joey looked over at Kelsey and asked if she wanted to provide a response. Kelsey replied that their wedding will occur “definitely within the next two years.” Then she went on to announce that they will settle on a date and location “within the next six months.” To calm any of their social media followers who are worried about whether they will actually go through with the wedding, Joey piped up and added, “It’s coming. It’s coming.”

When Joey and Kelsey first got engaged, the Bachelor season 28 couple quickly became a fan-favorite, and their relationship was considered a breath of fresh air after all the drama that started unfolding not too much later when The Golden Bachelor‘s Gerry Turner and Theresa Nist announced their divorce after being married for only three years. Unfortunately, Joey and Kelsey started receiving an abundance of criticism online and were questioned over their spending habits, their lavish lifestyle and much more. There were even concerns that Joey and Kelsey were on the verge of breaking up after red flags started emerging.

This latest Instagram video from the Bachelor couple showed off the adorable chemistry they have with each other. While answering some of the other fan questions, they admitted one of their favorite things to do together is eat. At one point, Kelsey made fun of Joey for not being able to pronounce “regularly.” Then they admitted that being on The Bachelor made them realize how “mean” people can be, but they are trying to “focus on the positives.”

Despite the criticism that they’ve faced in recent months, Joey and Kelsey have done their best to stay above the fray and keep things positive, though there were times they directly confronted some of their critics in social media posts. Their answer to that penultimate question proved that they want to keep living positive lives together, no matter what backlash they receive on social media. As long as they keep up that mindset, there’s no question their wedding will be here before they know it, and everyone will be able to see The Bachelor couple finally say, “I do.“
