Theresa also shopped with them and walked about seven miles to go back to the ferry.

She told one fan how she goes to the “sandbox all the time” and exclaimed “How nice” when someone else told her about their adventures in Hoboken. She spoke to a fan who told her how they lived in a condo where Theresa got off the ferry. She admitted she was looking at the condos and wondering what it was like to live in one of them.
One of Theresa’s followers, called, Joyshoopcheatham, asked her “Do people recognize you out and about?” Theresa told them that while it still surprises her, “they do.” Theresa was, after all, the winner of the first-ever season of The Golden Bachelor since she won leading man Gerry’s heart. She was an instant fan-favorite when she walked into the Bachelor Mansion with her “birthday suit” on as her entrance was taped on her 70th birthday. She made an impression on fans and also Gerry, who’d invited Theresa on his first one-on-one date of the season.
